- Why us: What we do for you, from first questions to changes after go-live.
- Support: How BTnet faults, maintenance and SLA claims work, and how we help.
- FAQs: Short answers to the questions people ask most about BTnet.
- Glossary: A to Z of leased line and BTnet terms in plain words.
- Wires only: A dedicated BTnet line ending at BT's NTE; you run the router and firewall.

How we write our pages
We write our pages from each provider's product documentation. Each page shows the date it was last updated at the foot of the page. Prices and terms depend on your organisation, so we confirm them at quote.
